By accessing and using DocConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocConvert provides document conversion services, allowing users to convert files between different formats. The Service includes:

• PDF to DOCX conversion
• DOCX to PDF conversion
• Free tier: 5 conversions per registered user
• Paid conversions for additional documents

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Free Tier

Registered users receive 5 free conversions. These are provided on an "as-is" basis and cannot be transferred or exchanged for monetary value.

5. Paid Services

Additional conversions require payment. All payments are processed through PayPal. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to your documents. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your files for conversion purposes only. Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Convert illegal or copyrighted content without permission
• Upload malicious files or viruses
• Attempt to bypass conversion limits
• Use automated systems to access the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or conversion errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
